Georgian Bay Native Non-Profit Homes (GBNNPHI) has been in existence for over 35 years and manages 44 urban Indigenous homes. Parry Sound Affordable Housing Development Corporation (PSAHDC) is affiliated with Parry Sound Non-Profit Housing Corporation (PSNPHC) which has been existence for 35 years and manages 127 homes. Both organizations share administration and maintenance teams. They are governed by a board of directors which represents a cross section of the community.
